What is your qualification? Bachelor of Teaching - Early Childhood
What is your favourite part of working at Edelweiss CCC? I love engaging children in educational learning environments, It's always so lovely to walk in to all the smiles and hellos of a morning. Putting a smile on a child's face is my favourite part.
What are your hobbies? I love sports,exercise, listening to music and watching my children play sports.
What inspired you to become an educator? I have always loved children and wanted to be able to teach them and watch as they grow all the skills necessary for school.
What are you most passionate about? Creating an environment rich in learning where every child feels a sense of belonging through their relationships with educators and their environment.

What is your Qualification? I hold both a Cert III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
What is your favourite part of working at Edelweiss CCC? The friendly team of staff and the lovely children and families.
What are your hobbies? I like eating and cooking. I like to bake and sew and also enjoy watching TV dramas.
What inspired you to become an educator? Learning how to educate children holistically.
What are you passionate about? Trying new things and experimenting together with the children. Yes we grow together!

How long have you been working in Early Education? I have been working in childcare since 2017.
What is your Qualification? I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
What is your favourite part of working at Edelweiss CCC? My favourite part of working at Edelweiss is I get to work alongside a great team who love what they are doing. I get to spend time engaging with the beautiful children, creating and making new things. I love it when I come to the centre and am greeted with their smiles and hellos.
What are your hobbies? I like taking pictures of nature, especially during sunrise and sunset. I love playing my guitar and singing.
What inspired you to become an educator? I get to be a part of the children's life, to watch them grow and develop in their early age.
What are you passionate about? To see the children feeling loved with a sense of belonging and happy.

How long have you been working in Early Education? 1.5 years
What is your Qualification? I hold a Cert III in Children's Services
What is your favourite part of working at Edelweiss CCC? Working with a great team and building relationships with the children and their families.
What are your hobbies? My dogs. Weekend outdoor activities including the beach and walks.
What inspired you to become an educator? To be able to be apart of the children's learning and growing journey. To be able to support them, teach them new things and learn from them.
What are you passionate about? Ensuring the children and their families feel safe and supported. Watching children achieve their goals and seeing their responses!
Rebecca
How long have you been working in Early Education? I started volunteering at a local centre back when I was in school and went straight into doing my certificates when I graduated. This year will be my 8th year working with children.
What is your Qualification? Certificate III
What is your favourite part of working at Edelweiss CCC? I worked with school aged children for a while so it's nice to be back with the younger age group, and the families here are lovely too!
What are your hobbies? I love to do creative writing and play collaborative video games. Something is just so rewarding about working together with others towards a common goal.
What inspired you to become an educator? I've always been drawn to this field of work. I don't know why, but I just followed that feeling as it led me from study to work.
What are you most passionate about? I love that "Ah-ha" moment when a child finally understands something they've been struggling with, and being able to help with that is a privilege. It's also really rewarding coming in to see their smiles and enthusiasm to discover and learn.

What is your favourite part of working at Edelweiss CCC? Being involved with the children's learning.
What are your hobbies? I am involved as an official with Motorbike riding and also involved in teaching kids to ride at Minibike Club.
What are you most passionate about? To see children happy and enjoying their day.

What is your favourite part of working at Edelweiss CCC? I enjoy the kind and friendly coworkers. It's a great environment and place to work.
What are your hobbies? I enjoy watching different documentaries.
What inspired you to become an educator? I always wanted to be an educator so I could have a positive and inspiring impact on the children's lives. I also want to be a good role model for the new generation.
What are you most passionate about? Helping people while being conscious and considerate.
Helen
How long have you been working in Early Education? Almost 19 years
What is your Qualification? Certificate III
What is your favourite part of working at Edelweiss CCC? Seeing new children start and seeing them happy and feeling safe being left. I love watching them through those early years as they become confident little people.
What are your hobbies? Sewing, knitting and going for long walks.
What inspired you to become an educator? After my own children started school I felt lost not having children around. I thought I could help other children with my support.
What are you most passionate about? Making sure children are well looked after and settled when they are left in my care.

How long have you been working in Early Education? I have been working in childcare since 2020.
What is your Qualification? Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
What is your favourite part of working at Edelweiss CCC? I enjoy playing with the children and seeing their creativity and imagination. I also love being a part of a passionate and lively team!
What are your hobbies? I enjoy travelling, photography and cooking traditional Chinese dishes for my family and friends.
What inspired you to become an educator? My own children are grown up now, so I have more time to pursue my own interests and support other children as they grow up.
What are you most passionate about? I love helping children to learn new skills and seeing the moment they succeed for the first time.

What is your favourite part of working at Edelweiss CCC? My favourite part of working at Edelweiss is engaging with children, indulging in fun activities and working towards their growth and development.
What are your hobbies? Painting, Art/Craft, Photography and Nature walks.
What inspired you to become an educator? I have been in the teaching profession throughout my career and I have always cherished spending time with children, getting to know them and being part of their growth journey.
What are you most passionate about? I am passionate about serving people around me with the best of my abilities and knowledge. I have always loved the fact that as humans it is our responsibility to look after each other.
